W.A. Mitchell
Steve sat with Dan Maxham (owner of WAM) and some notes he had taken with a client. Combining Steve's 3D with Dan’s expertise in fine furniture, they created a beautiful, remarkably realistic render of the proposed piece. A print of this render was taken to the client, where they can physically write and draw on the image, their changes and the render was updated in a matter of minutes. The furniture was built one time, and one time only, wasting no time, materials, or money.
Undercutters
We conceived Undercutters to provide a complete service in aiding students selling books directly to one another, without having an expensive middleman. This system includes a comprehensive searching tool, as well as an easy to use interface for adding books that includes a built-in library of information about the books that the students do not need to fill in. Since Undercutters is focused on local economy, much convolution is cut out of the picture, leaving the system with the simple task of connecting student to student.
Keg Connection
Todd Burns, from Keg Connection, was creating a database of draft beer information in an effort to relieve himself of having to answer the same questions day-in and day-out on the phone. He put the call out on his website for anyone with relevant images or information to please send them his way. PNM contacted Todd and pitched him on the idea of creating instructional animations, in place of, or in conjunction with, written instructions. It took one animation to make a believer out of Keg Connection.
